Abstract This scientific article provides a comprehensive overview of Labielle, a minimally invasive vulvovaginal treatment designed to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of both labia majora and labia minora. The article discusses the anatomy of the female genitalia, the indications for Labielle, the treatment procedure, potential benefits, safety considerations, and future directions in this emerging field of gynecological aesthetics aimed at respecting the female anatomy with a non-surgical minimally invasive treatment, that respects the functionality and the natural appearance as well as the personal diversity of each patient.
